Sun-worshippers look no further this is the place for you. Enjoying an elevated south-facing position 'Ca'n Damia' is a spacious property, which boasts a fabulous view right across the wooded hillsides to the sea and the Cap des Falco.
Set in a fully enclosed garden, it offers bedroom accommodation on three levels ideal for a family with teenagers who seek a little independence, or a group of adults holidaying together, but who wish to retain an element of privacy. The main part of the villa with its master bedroom, living area and large dining terrace, is on the highest level; the lower ground floor twin bedroom, reached via external steps to the side, adjoins the pool and barbecue terrace on the middle level; and the annexe, which is completely self-contained, is on the lowest level. This property is conveniently located within easy reach of Ibiza Town, the airport and more than a dozen coves and beaches. The three tiny bays at Sa Caleta, offer excellent swimming and snorkelling. NB: The highest and lowest levels both have their own car access, however, due to the steps and drops, this property is not suitable to those with walking difficulties and young children.
