Intourist Express Train
The Intourist express train is comprised of just 15 carriages. 9 are for guest's accommodation, 2 for the restaurant, 1 for the bar and 3 for staff and engines. In total the train can carry a maximum of just 150 clients. The 2 restaurant carriages serve breakfast-lunch-dinner daily and have been designed in Russian style. The bar-carriage has been divided by a separate decorative partition into two areas. Comfortable chairs are located in the first area and the second area consists of a restaurant hall and can be used both for eating and maybe even dancing in the evening.
Deluxe Class Cabin
The deluxe compartment has 2 sleeping berths (1 lower bed is 120x190 cm in size and 1 upper bed is 95x190 cm in size), an armchair, dinner table, wardrobe, a shelf for your luggage, washstand, shower, ecologically clean WC, Internet, TV, DVD, radio and a 220V socket for camera charging etc. On the train there are 3 carriages which offer 6 compartments each and one carriage which offers 5 compartments. All are equipped with air conditioning (therefore windows cannot be opened) and heating controls.
First Class Cabin
The first class compartment has 2 lower sleeping berths (65x185 cm in size), dinner table, wardrobe, a shelf for your luggage and a radio. On the train there are 3 carriages which offer only 7 compartments and two carriages which offer 8 compartments. These are all equipped with air conditioning (therefore windows cannot be opened) and heating controls. There is an ecologically clean WC, shower and a 220V socket for camera charging at either end of the carriage.
Hotel Accommodation
At the beginning and end of the tour and in Ulan Bator, there is overnight accommodation in hotels. For clients staying in deluxe class accommodation, the following hotels have been allocated: Moscow: Holiday Inn / Ulan Bator: Bayangol or Khan Palace / Beijing: Days Inn or Jinglun, Novotel Xinqiao or Novotel Peace For clients staying in first class accommodation, the following hotels have been allocated: Moscow: Cosmos / Ulan Bator: Bayangol or Khan Palace / Beijing: Days Inn or Jinglun, Novotel Xinqiao or Novotel Peace
