Marco Polo
Located in the historical part of the city on Vasilievsky (St Basil) Island. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive to Nevsky Prospekt. The hotel boasts 2 restaurants "Marco Polo" and "Pinta" which offers Russian and European cuisine. All rooms are en suite and feature television, mini bar and air conditioning.
Eurasia
Opened in 2003, the Eurasia has only 18 rooms which makes this a small and comfortable hotel. Located on the scenic and historic Petrogradskaya side of St Petersburg, not far from the famous Peter and Paul's Fortress.
Ladoga
Opened in 1964, this hotel offers 96 spacious rooms some including a balcony. The hotel is located just across the Neva River from the historic centre of St Petersburg and is only 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station offering quick and easy access to the city centre. The restaurant at the hotel offers European and Chinese cuisine to its guests. Also there is a bar, sauna, currency exchange and souvenir shop.
Ambassador -Intourist favourite
Combing modern and 19th century architecture, this newly built four star hotel is located in the historical centre of St Petersburg, has 255 air-conditioned rooms. Facilities at the hotel include 2 restaurants, business centre, fitness centre with swimming pool, sauna and gym.
Matisov Domik -Intourist favourite
The hotel has 46 rooms and is situated in a quiet area of the city centre near the Mariinsky Theatre and about 20 minutes walk from St Isaac's Cathedral. Facilities include restaurant and souvenir shop.
Novotel St Petersburg Centre
A new hotel in the very heart of St Petersburg, close to the Mariinsky Theatre, the Novotel offers first-class comfortable accommodation in 233 rooms. The hotel has a very good restaurant called "Cotes Jardin" and the Intermezzo bar. There is also a fitness centre with steam baths located in the hotel complex. This hotel is a member of the Accor Hotel Group.

Located close to Moskva train station, this hotel has 373 rooms and has a very central city location. Facilities at the hotel include 3 restaurants/cafes, solarium, tourist information office, currency exchange bureau and a small gym.

Arbat Nord
One of the small modern hotels which have opened in St Petersburg over the last few years. It only has 33 rooms with a location 2km from Moskva railway station. The hotel facilities include the "Arbat" restaurant and bar.
Park Inn Pulkovskaya
A large hotel with 840 rooms located on Victory Square with easy access to the city centre which is only 8 metro stops from Nevsky Prospekt. Facilities at the hotel include 5 restaurants, 6 bars, currency exchange, shop, sauna and a small fitness centre.
Rachmaninov Antique Hotel Azimut
Please refer to page 15 for further details. Built in 2001, this small hotel with 26 rooms is only metres away from Nevsky Prospect and is opposite Kazansky Cathedral. All rooms are fitted with antique furniture with this décor followed throughout the hotel. There is a café-bar for dining at the hotel.
Dostoevsky -Intourist favourite
Opened in 2003 and located opposite Vladimirsky Cathedral and 5 minutes from Nevsky Prospekt. The hotel has 207 rooms of various categories and also offers facilities for disabled clients. The Dostoevsky restaurant offers guests Russian and European cuisine. Located on the 7th floor of the hotel is the "Raskolnikov" bar which with wide panoramic windows offers a magnificent view over Vladimirsky Prospect and Vladimirsky Cathedral. This hotel is a great choice for those looking for a centrally located and excellently priced stay.
St Petersburg
Located on the Neva River opposite the famous cruiser Aurora, this hotel has 410 rooms. With numerous restaurants, snack bars, currency exchange, shop and beauty shop the hotel is an excellent base for sightseeing in the city.
