I love trips that cross borders. Moving through lots of different countries gives a unique perspective on the history of the region and how it all fits together, but the best bit is experiencing the patchwork of culture, traditions, modern life and entertainment in each of the places we go. Its amazing to discover that countries so close to each
other on the map are actually completely different in scenery, culture and architecture! Plus theres always loads of new foods to keep trying: absinthe in Prague, pierogi in Poland, goulash in Hungary, gelati in Italy& I sometimes feel like Im eating my way across Europe. Maeve Kovacs, leader
