While it took centuries to build, you can, believe it or not, see Rome in a day. The secret is to take one of our professional guided tours a walk that will take in thousands of years and include the Trevi Fountain, the Vatican City and more. Youll find it a whirlwind romance. Day 5 arrive 8am, depart 7pm
Mahon, Menorca
Sun-drenched shores, a blissfully lazy way of life, quaint fishing villages and Ciutadella, the islands ancient capital complete with captivating architecture and romantic cobbled-stone streets& this is what Menorca is all about. Day 8 arrive 7am

This beautiful west coast corner of Sicily is brimming with wonderful medieval architecture, irresistible cuisine and bags of laid-back charm. Stroll around the picturesque Old Town, clustered with Baroque churches, piazzas and a cathedral, or if youre feeling a bit more energetic, climb the 14th century belltower for glorious views of the Gulf of Trapani.
Alghero, Sardinia
The island is famous for its coastal caves a tour by boat will reveal these secret places and their spectacular natural architecture. Elsewhere, the vineyards provide some great wine-tasting tours.
