Essential information between the hotels we offer we have given each hotel our own James star rating. These ratings are awarded on the basis of how these hotels have been rated by a number of reliable sources combined with our personal judgment which is derived from our teams many years experience of visiting and evaluating properties around the world. Our ratings are accurate and reective of the quality and facilities available at the time of going to print. Villas Sustainable Tourism More and more people are travelling abroad every year. This brings many positive benets to everyone involved, but there is also growing concern about the negative impacts on the environment and culture of holiday destinations. We recognise the vital role the holiday industry has to play in sustaining and improving the environment, for many generations to come. Our brochures are made from paper which has chain of custody certication, and ensures all wood is from sustainable managed forestation. Please recycle this brochure when you have nished with it. The vast majority of our properties are privately owned and are furnished to the owners taste, so the standards and styles of properties will inevitably differ. We endeavour to give an accurate description of each property with interior and exterior photographs. Please note that in some propeties it is not always possible for the furnishings within the lounge/dining area to accommodate all occupants at any one time. The properties featured operate to their own countrys standards. However, the safety standards and regulations overseas may not be of the same level that we enjoy in the UK. Weather Florida is occasionally affected by adverse weather conditions such as hurricanes, at certain times of the year, and we advise you to check before booking. In the event of a hurricane or extreme weather warning, our local agent will contact all clients and advise on evacuation procedures. Website/brochure Telephones Unless otherwise stated, telephones are not provided in our properties. Therefore we recommend that, if possible, clients take mobile phones in case of an emergency. Transfers Please note, transfers are not included in the cost of our holidays. Travel advice We work with the Foreign and Commonwealth Ofce to help British travellers stay safe overseas. Check http://www.fco.gov.uk/travel (the FCO website) for advice and the latest information about specic countries or call the FCO Travel Advice Unit on 0870 606 0290. We make every effort to ensure that the information and photography contained on our website is accurate. However, many individuals are responsible for the provision of your holiday arrangements and they may alter or temporarily withdraw some of the advertised facilities or services without prior notice to us. Unfortunately errors can occur and prices may alter, however we will always endeavour to advise you of any changes at the earliest opportunity. The distances to amenities and pool measurements we have provided are approximate whilst oor plans are displayed as a guide and are not to scale. Travel documentation On making a reservation with us, a conrmation invoice will be sent out within seven days and your full travel documentation, which includes ight tickets and property information, will be sent approximately ten days prior to your departure. 92
