Discover cosmopolitan San Francisco, glitzy Las Vegas, glamorous Hollywood, Los Angeles and Palm Springs. Marvel at the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, go behind the scenes on the movie sets at Universal Studios, and visit Santa Barbara, Carmel and Monterey. Memories are made of this. restaurants in the large open mall in Queens Market Place; or go to the world famous Aquarium of the Pacific, home to over 12,500 ocean animals. We continue to Palm Springs for a two night stay. DAY 7 - Free to relax and soak up the sunshine or join our optional excursions, featuring a tour of the stars homes, visit to the Living Desert and Aerial tramway. DAY 8 - Leave Palm Springs and head into the state of Nevada. After a stop in the ghost town of Calico you will continue to the glittering neon wonderland of lavish hotels and casinos that is Las Vegas for a three night stay. All the action of the famous Strip is close by and can be experienced on our included Las Vegas by night tour. DAY 9 - Free in Las Vegas with an included morning sightseeing tour of this exciting and vibrant city. Optional evening variety show and helicopter ride over Las Vegas available this evening.

YOUR ITINERARY
DAY 1 - Meet your travelling companions in the executive lounge prior to your scheduled flight to San Francisco. Transfer to your hotel for two nights accommodation. DAY 2 - Included morning sightseeing tour. Among the fabulous sights youll see are the famous Golden Gate Bridge and Fishermans Wharf. Optional excursions include a harbour cruise which passes underneath the Golden Gate bridge. This evening we include a San Francisco by night tour including a welcome dinner and a cocktail. DAY 3 - Drive southwards along 17 Mile Drive, famous for its spectacular seascapes to Carmel and Monterey. Continue along the historic El Camino Real to San Luis Obispo for an overnight stay. DAY 4 - Continue south visiting Santa Barbara before arriving in Los Angeles for a two night stay. DAY 5 - LA is one of Americas most exciting cities. On our included morning sightseeing tour you will see the Hollywood Bowl, Graumanns Chinese Theater with its famous footprints, Sunset Strip, and the celebrated Farmers Market. This afternoon we include a visit to Universal Studios and go behind the scenes on to the sets where the movies are made. Enjoy the thrilling rides, shows and attractions that await at the entertainment capital of LA. DAY 6 - This morning we drive to the beautiful, vibrant seaport of Long Beach, where theres lots to see and do. You can visit the former ocean liner, R.M.S. Queen Mary, now a grand hotel; stroll around the shops and
DAY 10 - From Las Vegas you can take an optional flight over the awesome Grand Canyon, an unforgettable way to see this incredible natural wonder. The Colorado River took seven million years to cut this spectacular 14 mile-wide gorge, with a panorama of staggering depths, strange rock forms and brilliant colours. Farewell drinks at the Stratosphere Hotel this evening. DAY 11 - Transfer to Las Vegas Airport for your return flight to the UK. DAY 12 - Arrival in the UK.
YOUR HOTELS
You will stay at the Radisson Hotel in San Francisco, the Best Western or La Cuesta Inn in San Luis Obispo, the Airtel Plaza or Sportsmens Lodge in Los Angeles and the Royal Sun Inn in Palm Springs. In Las Vegas you will stay in the Stratosphere Hotel. Rooms feature TV, telephone and private facilities. Most hotels have a bar and restaurant and often extra facilities such as a swimming pool and shop.
