YOUR ITINERARY
DAY 1 - Meet your travelling companions in the executive lounge prior to your scheduled flight to Calgary and a three night stay in Banff. Welcome drink on arrival. DAY 2 - Welcome breakfast followed by an included tour of Banff National Park, visiting the Hoodoos, Surprise Corner and Bow Falls, and an optional ride on the Sulphur Mountain Gondola. DAY 3 - Free or join an optional excursion to Lake Louise. DAY 4 - Travel along the Banff-Jasper Highway to Jasper for a two night stay. DAY 5 - Included tour around Jasper visiting the Pyramid and Patricia Lakes. DAY 6 - Board the Rocky Mountaineer train in Jasper. Breakfast and lunch will be served at your air-conditioned, reclining seat. Complimentary snacks, tea, coffee and soft drinks, plus a bar are available. Enjoy the on-board commentary as you travel through the grandeur of the Rockies. Disembark in Kamloops for an overnight stay. DAY 7 - Re-board the train and continue to Vancouver for a three night stay.
DAY 8 - Included morning tour takes in Chinatown, Gas Town, Stanley Park and the magnificent harbour. Evening farewell get-together. DAY 9 - An included full day tour to Victoria, Vancouver Island and a visit to the beautiful Butchart Gardens. DAYS 10 & 11- Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK, arriving the next day.
YOUR HOTEL
You will stay in hotels with very high standards such as the Mount Royal in Banff, the Amethyst Lodge in Jasper, the Executive Inn in Kamloops and the Best Western Hotel in Vancouver. All rooms feature private facilities, air-conditioning and TV. Most hotels have a bar and restaurant.

DAY 1 - This will be Day 10 of your Canadian Rockies and Vancouver tour, or Day 10 of your Canadian Rocky Mountaineer tour. The morning is free in Vancouver before boarding the Statendam which sails at 5.00pm. DAY 2 - Cruising the dramatic and beautiful Inside Passage, a natural playground for wildlife. DAY 3 - Juneau Arrive 1400 ~ Depart 2230 Explore Alaskas capital, or visit the mighty Mendenhall Glacier.
DAY 4 - Skagway Arrive 0700 ~ Depart 2100 Discover this lively relic of the famous Klondike Gold Rush of 1898. DAY 5 - Glacier Bay National Park Arrive 0700 ~ Depart 1600 The scenic highlight of your cruise. Great ice castles float serenely in radiant blue-green water and as a glacier calves it crashes into the mirror-calm water with a thunderous roar. DAY 6 - Ketchikan Arrive 1400 ~ Depart 2000 You can take a seaplane flight over the spectacular Misty Fjords, explore the Totem Poles Park, or enjoy a lunch of fresh Alaskan salmon. DAY 7 - Cruise through the Inside Passage back towards Vancouver. DAYS 8 & 9 - Morning arrival in Vancouver to disembark for your return flight to the UK, arriving the next day.
