YOUR ITINERARY
DAY 1 - Meet your travelling companions at the airport and depart on your flight to Verona. On arrival, transfer to your hotel for a seven night stay. This evening there will be a welcome drink before dinner. DAYS 2 TO 7 - Free to enjoy our included excursions as follows: Lake Garda - A full day tour to see some of the beauty spots on this fabulous lake, surrounded by lush groves of olives, vines and citrus trees. Stop at one of the many delightful resorts where you can shop, relax with a drink and admire the spectacular scenery. You will also enjoy an included boat trip on the lake. Venice - There is nowhere on earth like this extraordinary city of canals, palaces and Renaissance architecture. See all the main sights such as St. Marks Square, the Rialto Bridge and the Doges Palace on our full day excursion. Take a stroll around the hidden piazzas or perhaps enjoy a gondola ride through the network of canals (extra cost). Verona - A three-quarter day tour to one of Italys most beautiful cities, the home of Romeo and Juliet, with its magnificent Roman Arena dominating the historic centre. There will be time to explore, relax at a pavement café or browse around the shops in Via Mazzini. The following excursions are optional: Cliffhanger Lunch - A half day trip to Tremosine, a resort high above Limone for a cliffhanger lunch, so called because of the Balcony of Thrills setting with panoramic views over the lake. Bolzano & Renon - A full day excursion visiting Bolzano, the capital of the Alto Adige region, with its traditional elegant houses and market square, Piazza Walther. Dont miss the opportunity of viewing the famous ice-mummy, Otzi, on display at the archaeological museum. Or why not take a cable car ride up to the mountain plateau of Renon which overlooks the whole valley? On the final evening enjoy a farewell get-together. DAY 8 - Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK.

You will stay at the Hotel Adria, a few minutes walk from the lake and only a 20 minute walk into the centre of the picturesque lakeside resort of Toscolano Maderno. The hotel has outdoor swimming pool surrounded by garden, lounge, bar area, lift, terrace and a minibus shuttle service to the Maderno ferry point. All bedrooms have private facilities, airconditioning, TV, and telephone.
