You will stay in the 4-star Hotel Sierra Silvana (except 18 August departure where you will stay at the Hotel La Chiusa de Chietri near Alberobello), in the pretty resort of Selva di Fasano. Set in beautiful gardens, the hotel is spread across a number buildings in the grounds. Facilities at the hotel include a bar, terrace, restaurant and swimming pool. The comfortably furnished guest rooms all have private facilities, TV and telephone. DAY 8 Bari/UK Transfer to Bari airport for the return flight to the UK. DAY 7 Ostuni Enjoy our optional final excursion as we visit the pretty town of Ostuni. Set on three hills, it dates back to the first century AD when it was an important GrecoRoman city. Whitewashed houses lining a maze of tiny narrow streets huddle beneath the gothic cathedral, topped by domes covered in green, yellow and white tiles. Meals: B/D
