Your itinerarY
DaY 1 - Meet your travelling companions at the airport and depart on your scheduled flight to Zurich. On arrival transfer to your hotel in Interlaken for a seven night stay. In the evening enjoy a welcome drink and dinner. DaYS 2 to 7 - Free to relax and enjoy our included excursions as follows: Guided walk - Familiarise yourself on our orientation walk around Interlaken. Lucerne - A three-quarter day excursion to one of Switzerlands most attractive lakeside towns. Engelberg - A half day tour into the mountains to this stylish ski resort. Dont miss the chance to take the rotating cable car up Mount Titlis (at extra cost), although you might have to catch your breath at 10,000ft! Bernese Oberland - A land of waterfalls, lakes and gorges. Our full day tour includes: Lake Brienz, Interlaken and Grindelwald. The following excursions are optional: Glacier Express - We board the train at Andermatt and head along one of the most scenic stretches, crossing the 6,665ft high Oberalp Pass. If you would like to join the Glacier Express excursion, please indicate your requirements at the time of booking and the cost of £44 will be added to your invoice. Berne - A three-quarter day excursion through the beautiful Emmental region, including a tasting of the famous cheese, on your way to Berne, Switzerlands charming capital. On the final evening enjoy a farewell get-together. Day 8 - Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
