South African Airways overnight flight from Heathrow to Johannesburg.

Air Namibia flight from Gatwick to Windhoek.
DAY 2
Nationwide Airlines flight to Livingstone and transfer to the Zambezi Sun (p139) for three nights in a Standard room, including breakfast.
DAY 2
Nationwide Airlines flight to Livingstone, where you are met and transferred (approx. 2 hours) into Botswana for three nights at the deluxe class Chobe Chilwero lodge, home to just 15 airconditioned luxury en suite cottages, swimming pool and a range of safari activities by four-wheel drive vehicle or by boat on the Chobe River, with all meals included.
DAY 2
On arrival transfer to the Windhoek Country Club for one night (p116) including breakfast.
DAY 3 TO DAY 4
After breakfast return to Windhoek, arriving around midday. Transfer to your central Windhoek hotel or guest house.
Cost includes two breakfasts, one lunch, two dinners, accommodation, transport in airconditioned vehicles with English speaking driver, porterage, entrance fees and sightseeing.

Fly Nationwide Airlines to Johannesburg then South African Airways onwards to Cape Town. On arrival transfer to the Fountains Hotel (p32) for three nights in a Standard room including breakfast.

Return to Livingstone for your Nationwide Airlines flight to Johannesburg, then fly South African Airways to Cape Town for three nights at the Victoria & Alfred Hotel (p35), in a Piazza facing room including breakfast. DAY 8 South African Airways overnight flight direct from Cape Town to Heathrow. Departures daily on request.
