This beautiful waterway is home to whales and a multitude of wildlife. En route to Victoria visit the acclaimed Butchart Gardens, a spectacle of colours and fragrances. Continue on to Victoria and explore the exclusive homes of the Upland and Oak Bay residents, the University of Victoria and Beacon Hill Park.
