Travel Tips: Account for your first night being a full day of travel: for example, we recommend a three night stopover in Dubai to be booked as four nights given the late arrival and early departure of flights. Singapore is a modern and vibrant city with fabulous shopping and a variety of restaurants. The famous island of Hong Kong comprises only one third of the destination a mile across the harbour is the Kowloon peninsula, the New Territories and more than 260 outlying islands. Thriving on contrast, Hong Kong remains a melting pot of eastern and western cultures. From its quaint, traditional Chinese heritage to the buzzing, high tech modern living amongst towering skyscrapers. Thailand represents the exoticism of the east with Bangkok at its heart. USA & CANADA From glitzy Las Vegas to vibrant New York, the USA boasts an exciting array of colourful and cosmopolitan cities. See the `stars' in Los Angeles, catch a Broadway show in New York, take a cable car ride in San Francisco or stay up all night in Las Vegas! You may choose to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset on tropical islands of Hawaii. DUBAI As one of the most important cities in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai has everything to meet a holidaymaker's needs. The year round sunshine and excellent soft sandy beaches along the Jumeirah coast are ideal for those wanting to relax. For the more active, there are watersports to be enjoyed in the warm waters of the Persian Gulf. One of Dubai's highlights is the Gold Souks, where gold glistens in the windows of endless rows of shops. Shopping here is a must the duty free status of the city means there are plenty of bargains to be found. SOUTH AFRICA South Africa is an exhilarating, spectacular and complex country. Cape Town is a beautiful city; take time to enjoy its striking Table Mountain backdrop, glorious beaches, beautiful vineyards, rugged landscapes and its strange and wonderful plants and animals. Kruger National Park is one of the most famous and one of the oldest wildlife parks in the world. You can see the `big five' here (lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes and rhinos) as well as cheetahs, giraffes, hippos plus many more.
