EGYPTIAN MUSEUM
Cost £21 per adult, £11 per child under 12 A half day tour to one of the most fascinating museums where over 100,000 Egyptian artefacts are on display and is one of the greatest collections of its kind in the world. Take an expertly guided tour around the exhibits and although it is impossible to see all in one visit, this magnificent array of antiquities is certainly not to be missed (excludes the Mummies Room).
PYRAMIDS & SPHINX
Cost £21 per adult, £11 per child under 12 See some of Egypts most famous landmarks with this half day tour of the Pyramids and Sphinx. The imposing pyramids are one of the last remaining wonder of the ancient world and the bewitching figure of the Sphinx, the half-lion, half-human statue, stands guard over these tombs (excludes the Cheops Pyramids).
CITADEL, MOSQUE & BAZAAR
Cost £16 per adult, £9 per child under 12 This tour visits the Islamic quarter of Cairo and home to the famous Citadel. Its massive ramparts never had to resist foreign attack but were frequently subjected to the cannonballs of rival factions contesting the sultans throne. Today its silhouette is dominated by the domes and minarets of the Turkish-style mosque of Mohammed Ali, completed in 1857. Finally stroll through Khan El Kalili bazaar where you can bargain for wares from the stalls selling handmade gifts and souvenirs.
