An owner-managed little gem, this three star chalet style hotel is in a quiet residential spot, a ten minutes stroll through meadows from the centre of Engelberg. LOCATION ² Beside the Titlis cable car (45 minute journey to the snow capped summit of the Titlis), ten minutes walk from Engelberg station. FEATURES ² A sunny lounge at the Cathrin makes a great venue to relax with a drink, a good book or convivial conversation, with spectacular views providing the perfect backdrop for sundowners. There's a small al fresco terrace looking out to the mountains and the charming dining room serves hearty breakfast buffets and set four-course evening meals, all prepared and presented by the owner.
