An elegant building which gives a true reflection of the surrounding mountains, the Christiania is a family run hotel, with a home from home atmosphere. The hotel is very well placed with easy access to the main ski lifts of Bellevarde and Solaise and is close to the village centre. As you enter the main lobby there is a spacious yet cosy lounge and bar offering evening drinks by the fireplace and a vibrant après ski. Dinner is served in the hotel's refined fine dining restaurant. On warm winter days lunch can be taken on the terrace which has exceptional views of the slopes and an interesting à la carte menu. The indoor pool is the centre point of the spa, with relaxing plush wooden sunbeds and large panoramic windows. A range of treatments and massages can be taken to enhance the feeling of well being in the wonderful spa, which also features a sauna, Turkish bath and salon. The warm wood and soft pastel colours of the Christiania north, west and south/south east view rooms offer an ideal place to relax. All rooms have a bath, shower, wc, and telephone. South/south east facing rooms all have balconies.

Set on the slopes of Tignes le Lac, the Hotel Village Montana and Les Suites du Montana create a picturesque scene with a true mountain village feel. The invitingly warm beamed interiors provide a high standard of accommodation with direct access to the pistes. The master chef Jean-Paul Yvernogeau has devised a variety of culinary delights to be sampled the excellent restaurants. In the hotel, Les Chanterelles, offers traditional French cooking in La Chaumière, serves Savoyard specialties and in the Suites gourmet food is served in La Rôtisserie. Lunch can be taken on the south-facing terrace overlooking the slopes. The hotel has a heated outdoor pool with jet pumps whilst the Suites have an indoor pool. Both properties have spas which feature saunas, steam baths, relaxation rooms and a wide range of health and beauty treatments. Standard rooms sleep up to two adults and two children with twin beds in the master bedroom and bunk beds for two in an alcove in the hall. All rooms have a bathroom, television, telephone and balcony. The Suites sleep up to four people and have two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, sauna, living room with fireplace or Austrian stove, television, telephone and a balcony. Some suites are on two levels. The Suites have the added benefit of a private shuttle bus service that operates around Tignes.
