LOCAL SKI INFORMATION BEGINNERS Gentle nursery slopes at Les Planards and the Savoy are a good place to start before trying the easy runs of Le Tour. INTERMEDIATES The Col de Balme above Le Tour has some good cruising runs whilst more advanced intermediate runs are found at Le Brévent and La Flegère. ADVANCED A Mecca for advanced skiers with steep terrain and challenging slopes. The Grand Montets has some exhilarating blacks and there are great off-piste opportunities with a local guide.
