La Plagne is a collection of several high altitude villages boasting doorstep skiing and magnificent views, linked to Les Arcs by cable car to form the huge Paradiski area, which offers seemingly endless terrain. Belle Plagne is a pretty chalet style village whilst Plagne Soleil is a small hamlet in the heart of the ski area.

LIFT PASS Paradiski Unlimited Pass covers all lifts in the Paradiski area. The Paradiski Discovery Pass covers all lifts in La Plagne and includes one day for the whole area. Happy Family lift pass offer: when two adults prebook a Paradiski Unlimited or Discovery Pass before Oct30 one child aged 6-13 years receives a free pass. Valid on six, seven and eight day passes. Maximum one free pass per family. BEGINNERS La Plagne is perfect for beginners with gentle nursery slopes in each village and gentle runs linking each village. INTERMEDIATES The Paradiski is a paradise for intermediates, with every type of terrain from glacier skiing, to pretty runs through the trees, motorways to bumps, several terrain parks and half pipes. A trip to Les Arcs on the Vanoise Express is a must! ADVANCED There is plenty to keep advanced skiers and boarders happy. On a powder day there are some great tree runs down to Les Coches 100
and Montchavin whilst steep challenges can be enjoyed off the Bellecôte Glacier or hire a guide to explore the vast off-piste terrain. APRÈS SKI The different villages are well connected by buses and lifts that operate until approx. 1am. Belle Plagne has a wide selection of bars, restaurants and a nightclub. Plagne Soleil is more low key with just one bar but is close to bustling Plagne Centre. ACTIVITIES Open-air ice-skating, open-air heated pool, Olympic bobsleigh run, bowling, cinemas with English language films and paragliding. FAMILIES The excellent Oxygène Ski School runs a ski kindergarten in Plagne Centre for 3-5 year olds Sunday to Friday 10am-12.30pm and 2pm-4.45pm, in an enclosed, safe area with its own magic carpet lift. Lunchtime supervision is also available. They provide a taxi service to collect children from Belle Plagne and Plagne Soleil. Childrens group lessons for 4-12 year olds are also available from £146 for six mornings.
