LIFT PASS Paradiski Unlimited Pass covers all lifts in the Paradiski area. The Paradiski Discovery Pass covers all lifts in Les Arcs and includes one day for the whole area. Happy Family lift pass offer - see Kuoni Plus on opposite page. BEGINNERS Spirit 1950 ski school offers excellent tuition and there are plenty of gentle slopes for beginners. INTERMEDIATES Intermediates are spoilt for choice with a multitude of interlinked blues and reds including cruising runs to Peisey-Vallandry and challenging reds on the Aiguille Glacier. A trip to La Plagne is not to be missed. ADVANCED The area offers plenty of challenges including Europes biggest vertical drop of 2,000m on the 7km black from the Aiguille Rouge to Villaroger. Tackle the bumps on the Dou de LHomme or a hire a guide and enjoy some great off-piste.
APRÈS SKI The pretty centre is flanked with cafes, restaurants and bars. ACTIVITIES The Resort Club Arc 1950 Le Village offers free daily activities including torch-lit descents, floodlit skiing, movies, icesculpting, sleigh rides, wine-tasting and firework displays. Other activities include dog-sledding, snow shoeing, ski-joëring, tobogganing, shopping. FAMILIES The Cariboos Club in the centre of the Village for children from 9 months to 13 years is open from 8.30am to 6pm and includes outdoor games and indoor activities. There is a dedicated crèche with limited spaces for 9-36 month olds run by qualified child carers and nurses and the Spirit 1950 ski school offers plenty of activities for children from 3 years. There is also a daily après-ski Multi-activity Cocktail for children and teens including activities such as igloo building, storytelling round a campfire, ice-climbing and tobogganing.
