BEGINNERS For those that have had some practice, try the easy runs on the Parsenn and Jakobshorn. Nursery slopes are conveniently positioned to the centre of Dorf, beneath the Jakobshorn. The Rinerhorn and Madrisa offers great learning areas for younger guests. There is a special beginners group ski school available, five full days £131 per adult. INTERMEDIATE There are enough slopes to ensure you can ski a different piste each day for a whole week and a slope for every level of intermediate skier. Pischa is one of Switzerlands longest free-ride regions. Try the 12km run from Weissfluh summit to Küblis. ADVANCED Some exhilarating black runs on Jakobshorn and Rinerhorn including the only piste back to the town from the Parsenn. Jakobshorn is home to half pipes 54 and fun park plus there is a fun park on Pischa. There are some good mogul pistes on Parsem. APRÈS SKI With over 80 restaurants, 22 bars and four clubs, Davos après ski is paramount. Klosters is quieter with a couple of night spots and several excellent restaurants. ACTIVITIES Cross country-skiing, Nordic walking, snowshoe walking, Europes largest natural ice rink, indoor pool, horseriding and a cinema. There is a an exciting sledge run from the middle station Gotschnaboden to Klosters plus lots of others throughout the mountains. FAMILIES Real family mountains! Children are made to feel at home with childrens skiing facilities, child care and child friendly mountain restaurants. Davos ski school arrange beginner group lessons for children including lunch time child care. Five full days £176 per child. Klosters kindergarten is bookable locally.
