BANGKOK + BEACH
Day 1 London/Bangkok Thai Airways flight from Heathrow. Arrive Bangkok the next day and transfer to the medium class Asia hotel for three nights on a room only basis. See p31 for hotel details. Day 5 Bangkok/Pattaya, Phuket, Krabi, or Koh Samui Transfer to your chosen Thai Beach resort for 7 nights or more Pattaya: Approx. 1½ to 2 hours drive (p35). Phuket: 1 hour Thai Airways flight to the island of Phuket (p32-34). Koh Samui: 1 hour Bangkok Airways flight to the island of Koh Samui (p36-37). Krabi: One hour Thai Airways flight to Krabi (p38). Day 12 Pattaya, Koh Samui, Krabi or Phuket/London Fly from Phuket, Krabi, or Koh Samui or drive from Pattaya back to Bangkok, for your Thai Airways overnight flight arriving Heathrow the next day.
