After breakfast continue to the Cango Caves, a vast network of interleading passages and caves that were formed over 650 million years ago. Enjoy an enthralling guided tour followed by a tour of an ostrich farm, before heading towards the coast and the picture postcard town of Knysna. Nestling on the banks of a beautiful lagoon in the heart of the Garden Route, this delightful town is popular with visitors to the Cape. Enjoy time at leisure and overnight in central Knysna.

After a leisurely breakfast visit the Featherbed Nature Reserve and the Knysna Heads, two giant sandstone cliffs marking Knysnas seaward entrance and estuary. Enjoy a 30 minute ferry trip to the Western Head and a trailer ride to a beautiful lookout. Today lunch is included, enjoyed under the shade of Milkwood trees before returning to Knysna for a second night.

After breakfast you are collected from your hotel for the journey along the Route 62 via Montagu and the Klein Karoo, to Oudtshoorn, known as the feather capital of the world due to the abundance of ostrich farms. Overlooked by the Outeniqua Mountains in the south and the mighty Swartberg in the north the town is dramatically set. Overnight in Oudtshoorn.

Journey through the Tsitsikamma Forest and the river gorges to Port Elizabeth for your overnight at the Paxton Hotel.
