Tanzania & Zanzibar
This land of indenable character is a vision of contrasts, where the wildlife reigns and you are a guest in their kingdom. Tanzania's landscape varies from forested mountains and at plains where the game roams freely, to snowcapped mountains that provide a dramatic backdrop. This is a country of incredible cultural diversity, the result of African, Arabic, Asian and European inuences throughout history.
Twenty ve per cent of Tanzania is dedicated to national parks and reserves, playing host to some of the best safaris on o er. The Serengeti is perhaps the most famous national park in the world. The vast expanses of grassy savannah are studded with acacia woodland and winding rivers and are home to an abundance of resident game including some 9,000 gira e, 5,000 elephant and many big cats. Zanzibar is an unspoilt and rustic island with a strong Arab inuence. Stone Town is a fascinating maze of narrow streets, teak doors and a bustling harbour. The sugar white beaches are spectacular and sparkling turquoise waters lap the shore. The smaller island of Pemba will full your Robinson Crusoe fantasies with its unspoilt beauty. Tanzania has something to suit all tastes and its charms are waiting to be discovered.

Most of our Tanzania and Zanzibar holidays are based on KLM or Kenya Airways ights from Heathrow with a ying time of between 8-9 hours depending on destination and with upgrades to Business Class at a supplement from £555 one-way to Nairobi depending on season.
