The Arts lounge and bar regularly showcases Cambodian art and o ers an evening à la carte and cocktail menu. Café de la Paix serves homemade pastries and fresh salads. But it is the Meric' restaurant which steals all the plaudits headed by a French culinary team, and using only the nest and freshest local ingredients for a choice of international cuisine and seasonal Khmer specialities.
