A twin-island retreat in South Ari atoll, Rangalinolhu is the main hub, with smaller Rangali for escapists with its water villas and own bar and restaurants reached via a 5 minute dhoni cruise or 15 minute stroll over a timber bridge. Full resort facilities include an over-water glass-oored spa, innity pool, children's pool, gym, tennis, table tennis, billiards, a PADI dive school, watersports, and inspired venues from the underground wine bar to the underwater restaurant (prebooking is recommended), and the Sunset Grill on stilts over the lagoon. All 150 villas have airconditioning, minibar, Nespresso machine, television, and DVD/CD player. On Rangalinolhu Island: Beach villas have outdoor bath pavilion, open-air shower and terrace. Deluxe beach villas also have a private pool and garden. On Rangali Island (not recommended for children): Water villas are over-water with oceanview bath and balcony. Superior water villas also have outdoor jacuzzi. Water villa guests receive daily complimentary cocktails. Deluxe water villas, more spacious still, Premier, Sunset water villas, and Spa water villas (with their own treatment room) are on request. Transfer from the airport: 30 minutes by seaplane (daylight ights only). Meals per night: Dinner from £42. Meal supplements not valid for spa water villas.
