Designed to be your home upon the oceans of the world, Silversea's ships welcome you in to relax in refined luxury. While spacious in feel and appearance, each of the ships is small in comparison to other vessels, making them agile and easily docked in less-visited, more enticing destinations. Silver Cloud and Silver Wind carry a maximum of just 296 guests and are as magnificent as a fine hotel, yet as intimate and gracious as friend's home. The newer Silver Whisper and Silver Shadow, whilst larger manage to retain the familiarity and intimacy of the smaller ships. Dining onboard is an event in itself with signature dishes designed exclusively by the prestigious Relais & Châteaux. Silversea does not assign dining times or tables so that when, where and with whom you dine is up to you. Aboard the ships, a premium assortment of complimentary wines, champagne and spirits are stocked in one of the finest cellars at sea. Besides the chilled bottle of champagne that awaits you, every suite includes a beverage cabinet stocked with your preferred assortment of complimentary beverages. For your entertainment, applaud classical performances, jazz ensembles, production shows in the show lounge or moonlight movies on deck. Stimulating and engaging lectures by luminaries from the world of food and wine, famous explorers, world affairs experts, celebrities and renowned authors and artists enrich each destination. Each ship features a swimming pool, two whirlpools, a fitness centre, men's and women's saunas and steam rooms. The spa offers a wide range of invigorating therapies including facials, body wraps and massages.

Offering the most expansive suites of their class at sea, each provides a panoramic view of ocean, shore and port and an elegant ambience of unrivalled luxury. The majority of suites feature a furnished, private teak veranda from which you can enjoy the bracing sea air and unmatched views. All suites offer a spacious wardrobe, full-length mirror, television, DVD player and an Italian marble bathroom with full sized bath, Silver Whisper's and Silver Shadow's suites also feature a large separate shower. Vista Suites benefit from large picture windows, providing panoramic ocean views, twin or queen-sized beds, sitting area and marbled bathroom with full sized baths and *separate shower (*Silver Whisper and Silver Shadow only). Veranda Suites benefit from a teak veranda with patio furniture and floor-to ceiling glass doors. Larger Suites with living rooms, dining tables and jacuzzi baths are available on request. NB Shipboard attire ranges from casual to formal, as a guide, sailings of eight days or less typically feature two formal nights whilst longer cruises usually have three or four formal nights. All onboard gratuities are included none are ever expected.
Silversea packages include three nights pre or post cruise in a World Class hotel as detailed in each itinerary on room and breakfast basis. Silversea cruises are on All Inclusive basis. Holiday prices are in £ per person at time of going to press, based on flights with British Airways, Silversea cruise and hotel as detailed in the itinerary.
