The tallest building in Spain and a prominent feature of Barcelona's skyline the impressive Ritz-Carlton managed Hotel Arts is a modern architectural delight. Occupying a unique seafront location in the city's Olympic Village area and only a short distance from the historic city centre of Barcelona. The Ramblas, Picasso Museum and seafront promenade are a short stroll from the hotel and distant views of the Sagrada Familia are visible. There is a choice of restaurants and bars, pride of place goes to Arola, with its contemporary atmosphere and two-Michelin starred chef's interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine. Simpler more casual dining including buffet and traditional tapas is also available along with a choice of bars. The luxurious Six Senses Spa has stunning views over the sea and there is also a large outdoor pool and terrace. There are 482 rooms with either kingsize or twin beds all with panoramic views of the city and the sea. All have Bang & Olufsen television, DVD and audio centre, minibar and marble bathroom with separate shower stall. The boutique art Neri Hotel & Restaurant is a beautifully and sympathetically restored 18th Century palace in the heart of Barcelona's Gothic District. Truly luxurious and genuinely welcoming the Neri Hotel celebrates Barcelona's creative, energetic culture with outstanding design flair and bold colours, unique and spectacular. Neri Hotel & Restaurant is located in Barcelona's Gothic District near to the beautiful cathedral and within walking distance of many of Barcelona's attractions. The Neri Restaurant is famous throughout Spain for its innovative approach to traditional dishes served in an atmospheric location. Overlooking the Plaza Sant Felip, Neri offers a truly unique array of dishes seasoned with subtle touches of spice and herbs which reflect the Arab influences. For those more relaxing moments there is a lounge, library and a sundeck that overlooks the roofs of the ancient city centre. The 22 rooms are furnished in an almost rustic manner which is contrasted by the plasma screen televisions and CD players. The stonework of the bathrooms also offers a rustic finish, thanks to the use of quartzite which was chosen to help free negative energy.
