A first class hotel offering very comfortable accommodation in a wonderful beachfront location, surrounded by shops, restaurants and nightlife. On the lively south coast, about 25 minutes drive from the airport on a beautiful white sandy beach. Accra Beach Hotel & Resort has a large main pool with a swim-up bar. There's a choice of restaurants, one offering international cuisine, the other, a Polynesian restaurant, currently the only one on the island, as well as an informal open-air snack bar by the pool. There's a fitness centre, spa, games room, airconditioned squash court and a business and activities centre to help you plan your stay. All 224 rooms are furnished to a high standard and have bath shower, television, coffee making facilities, ceiling fan, refrigerator, airconditioning and balcony. Standard rooms (STD): as above. An excellent first class hotel located on a lovely beach, offering quality accommodation with the added benefit of both self catering facilities and a great choice of meal plans. This elegant resort sits on a pristine ¼ mile stretch of white sand beach just five minutes drive from lively St Lawrence Gap and approx 15 minutes from both the capital Bridgetown and the airport. There are two attractive restaurants, both overlooking the sea, one serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the other offering fine dining for dinner. There is a choice of three swimming pools, one with waterfall features and another with a swim-up bar, and there's also a kid's pool, free use of the fitness centre and floodlit tennis. Free non-motorised watersports include kayaks, boogie boards and snorkelling whilst windsurfing, hobie cat sailing and kite surfing are available at a charge. There is a games room, beauty salon, gift shop, boutique, kid's club and baby sitting can be arranged. An on property grocery service with free delivery is also available. Live entertainment is provided several nights a week. Discounted green fees and preferential tee times are available at the Barbados Golf Club. All 138 rooms are spacious and attractively furnished and have airconditioning, television, telephone, balcony or terrace with garden, pool or sea view. Studios (STU): as above with kitchen, L-shaped sofa and shower. Deluxe one bedroom suites (1BS): separate bedroom with king or two double beds with sofa bed in living room plus full kitchen.
