I Day 3 Thu to Day 4 Fri Let the centuries roll back when you reach this beautiful city, once the capital of Japan. I Day 5 Sat This morning enjoy a three hour journey to Tokyo by the superfast Bullet Train that whistles through the Japanese countryside at 150 miles per hour. On a clear day you'll even get a marvellous view of Mount Fuji! On arrival transfer by local train to the medium class Crown Plaza Metropolitan or first class Keio Plaza. I Day 6 Sun to Day 7 Mon In complete contrast to Kyoto, Tokyo appears to be ultra modern. Take an optional tour to see the magnificent Imperial Palace and East Gardens, or cruise on Lake Hakone with views of Mount Fuji (bookable locally at extra cost).
