Set on a pristine white sandy beach the Planhotel managed resort is the sister property of Malindi Beach and is about five minutes from Malindi town, ten minutes from Malindi Airport and 2½ hours from Mombasa Airport. Two wings are traditionally constructed in a semi-circle around the main buildings which are attractively arranged with floaty cream fabrics and a beautiful atmosphere and home to the main bar and reception. There are two restaurants including an à la carte at Malindi Beach next door (not All Inclusive) and three bars. The hotel has a swimming pool, a shop, business centre, massage rooms, watersports centre and diving centre. All 114 rooms are attractively decorated either in an international or traditional Lamu style and are airconditioned with ceiling fan, minifridge, telephone, shower, balcony or terrace.
