The next morning commences with a visit to the 8,000 strong Terracotta Warriors before returning to Xian and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. End the tour with a walk on the historic city walls with the option of an evening at the Tang Dynasty Show.
DAY 7 ² En route to the airport visit the Han Yang Tombs, a

In the evening enjoy an optional tour of the ancient hutong district of Beijing by rickshaw, with an opportunity also to see Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City dramatically illuminated against the dark night sky. Your final day in Beijing is spent at the breathtaking Great Wall of China at the less crowded Mutianyu section, where a memorable walk along the fortified remains offers amazing vistas. Enjoy an optional evening at an amazing Kung Fu show. DAY 5 ² The temple and altar complex of Temple of Heaven is
historic site containing over 40,000 burial objects including miniature Terracotta Warriors. Later fly to Chengdu with Hainan Airlines and stay overnight at the Tibet Hotel. Dine at local restaurant where for the more adventurous a number of highly recommended spicy Sichuan dishes are available in addition to more familiar Chinese cuisine. In the morning visit the endearing Giant Panda Breeding and Research Centre. Although no actual handling is allowed, you will be able to observe the pandas at play close up in their simulated habitat. Continue on to Leshan to view the worlds largest Buddha statue on the banks of the Dadu River. Carved into the cliffs, the 71 meter high statue is viewed on a scenic boat ride.
DAY 9 ² An early morning start for your short journey to visit the traditional homes and alleyways of Huanglongxi, a carefully preserved, seldom visited village with a history dating back over 1700 years. Return to Chengdu for your China Southern Airlines flight to Guilin and transfer to the Guilin Bravo Hotel, visiting Elephant Trunk Hill en route. In the evening enjoy an optional display of traditional cormorant fishing. DAY 10 ² Start the day with a relaxing cruise through the
