Amongst the cloud forests, beaches and hot springs of these fascinating Central Amercian countries we enjoy coffee with the farmers as they tell us about how the coffee has been grown and be pr processed and th the benets that fa fair trade has b brought to their c community. As w well as visiting t two coffee c cooperatives who supply their b beans to Cafédirect (www.cafedirect.co.uk), we learn about the production of fair trade sugar and pineapples. This tour is a great combination of stunning scenery, wildlife, culture, politics and fair trade.
