WEEK ONE - ON SHORE
Stay and Sail in Porto Heli is based at the Nautica Bay Beachclub. If you are doing a yacht training course you will enjoy practical hands on training, sailing out from Porto Heli daily learning the ropes en route.
ACCOMMODATION DURING YOUR WEEK ASHORE
If you would like to join us in any of these activities you may book an `Activity week' which includes use of all equipment and Royal Yachting Association tuition - see price panel for details. This option can also be combined with yacht training courses. While you are busy relaxing or learning to sail, your children will be well looked after in our fantastic children's clubs. The clubs are available for all ages from 4 months to teenagers. For full details of Nautica Bay Beachclub and activities available during your week ashore, please turn to pages 104-109.
LEARN TO SAIL
There is a choice of twin, double and triple rooms. Many have partial views of the bay whilst others look out over the gardens. There is also a selection of modern family rooms, with a double and twin room, a connecting door, large shared bathroom and small kitchen area. All have air conditioning, en suite shower and wc, telephone, minibar and balcony.
FACILITIES, ACTIVITIES AND CHILDREN'S CLUBS
If you have no sailing experience, we ask that two people aboard each yacht must be aged 18 or over and have or are planning to complete an Introduction to Yachting or Brush-Up Course. A range of yacht training courses are available; Four day Introduction to Yachting, Two day BrushUp, Private Introduction to Yachting and Brush-Up. The club facilities include reception, lounge area with internet access, money exchange facilities, small shop, rooftop taverna, swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers, pool bar, self service laundry, two tennis courts, volleyball and mini golf course. Porto Heli is ideal for beginner and intermediate windsurfers and is the perfect destination for keen dinghy sailors with an extensive fleet of high performance dinghies. The mountain biking is great for all abilities.
