Sometimes flights depart late in the afternoon or evening, when this is the case we are able to offer the chance to book a room for late check out. This service is available for a small supplement and can be booked in resort, subject to availability.

Every year we ask you for some honest and frank feedback on your holiday experience - it's the only way we can make it better than it is already. The feedback we got for 2007 continues to be impressive. 99% of you rated our staff as good or excellent. Our hotels scored 98% good or excellent. 98% of you rated the quality of instruction as good or excellent. And activities offered at our children's clubs scored 97% good or excellent. Overall 99% of our guests would probably or definitely recommend our holidays. Certain clubs consistently exceed these standards and are awarded our own `Marque of Excellence'.

Perfect for anyone who appreciates a touch of luxury and likes to make the most of their wellearned time away. The Platinum Package is available in all of our Beachplus Clubs and is designed to ease you into your holiday and add some special touches during your stay. Once you arrive, a private taxi will take you from the airport to your hotel. In your room a fridge of cool refreshing drinks and a basket of fruit will be waiting for you. There will also be tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes, MP3 player connection and beach towels for use throughout your stay. In addition you can also enjoy a relaxing facial, credit behind the bar and a late check out facility. A taxi returns you to the airport at the end of your holiday. The Platinum Package costs £150 per person for 1 week and £200 per person for 2 weeks, including a £50 voucher off your next Beachplus holiday. The outstanding property from our list of winners is the Portomyrina Palace, awarded `Best in Category'. And it's not just you singing our praises. As the inaugural holders of the British Travel Awards' `Best Activity Holidays Operator' title, we're pleased that our colleagues in the travel industry look to us to see how it should be done.
