Day 1 UK/Quito, Ecuador Depart on your scheduled flight to Quito, the capital of Ecuador. On arrival transfer to your hotel for a two-night stay on a full board basis. Day 2 Quito, Ecuador Ecuador's fascinating capital, Quito, boasts a blend of Spanish colonial history and traditional South American culture. Enjoy an included city tour, where you will have the opportunity to stand on the equator. Day 3 Isla Baltra & North Seymour Island, Galapagos/ Xpedition Transfer to the airport for your flight to Isla Baltra in the Galapagos, where you will board Celebrity Xpedition for your seven-night cruise. During the afternoon cruise to North Seymour Island, where optional excursions include a Zodiac cruise along the coastline. Day 4 Isla San Cristóbal & Isla Española, Galapagos Your cruise around the Galapagos continues to Isla San Cristóbal, where you can visit a sea lion rookery or go snorkelling. Then this afternoon we cruise to Punta
Suárez on Isla Española, where there is an incredible concentration of wildlife, including the red marine iguana, only found on this island. Day 5 Isla Floreana, Galapagos Spend the day cruising around this former penal colony, with the option to land at Cormorant Point or the satellite island of Champion. Day 6 Isla Santa Cruz & Isla Bartolomé, Galapagos Visit Las Bachas beach on Isla Santa Cruz this morning, where you may spot the flamingos that feed in the shallows. This afternoon cruise on to Isla Bartolomé, where you'll have the opportunity to hike to the top of Pinnacle Rock or see the famous Galapagos penguins. Day 7 Isla Isabela & Isla Fernandina, Galapagos Isla Isabela is the largest of the Galapagos islands and home to five different species of tortoise. Enjoy time spent looking for whales and dolphins as you cruise to Isla Fernandina, where you can choose to view a sea lion colony or snorkel along the coast. Day 8 Isla Santiago & Isla Santa Cruz, Galapagos Take a walk along the black sandy beach of Puerto Egas on Isla Santiago this morning, then this afternoon visit Dragon Hill on Isla Santa Cruz.
