Essential information Passengers with mobility problems Our holidays will show you the best of the local area and culture of the places you have chosen to visit. Many of these are not directly accessible by coach, which may mean long walks, often over uneven surfaces or sometimes by stairs. This means that not all of our holidays may be suitable for everyone. However, if you have mobility problems, please let us know before you book. Wherever we can we will make adjustments to make our holidays accessible to everyone, but it is obviously very important you tell us any relevant information before you book your holiday. Your enjoyment and safety are very important to us, and our holiday advisors will be happy to give you any advice you need. Whats not included in the holiday price? We will obtain the visa for you using information that we will ask you to supply at the time of booking. BeFOre yOU GO Do I need a passport? All British Citizens need a full ten year passport for all holidays except those in the UK. To comply with certain countries regulations, it must be valid for at least six months after the date of your return. If your passport expires earlier, it may still be valid for travel to some countries, but you should contact your local passport office, or the consulate or embassy of the country to be visited, for advice. If you do not hold a British Citizens passport, check with the consulate or embassy of the country to be visited for further information. We recommend that you apply for a passport at least eight weeks before departure. You can either pick up a Passport Application Form at selected Post Office branches and Worldchoice travel agents or call the Application Form Request line on 0901 4700 110 (calls charged at 60p per minute and should not normally exceed 90p). Alternatively, visit www.passport.gov.uk. rUSSIa We will obtain a Russian visa for you. Ten weeks before you travel we will send you a visa pack. This will explain what is needed for the visa process. You will need to send us your passport as part of the application process. The cost is £97.50, which will be added to your confirmation invoice at the time of booking. ZaMBIa Those taking the Victoria Falls add-on to our The Wonders of South Africa holiday will need a Zambian visa. We will arrange this for you, using information provided by you when you book. The cost of approximately £75 will be added to your confirmation invoice. Your Zambian visa will be issued on arrival. There are no forms to complete but you will need to pay £75 per person in cash, US$ are also an acceptable form of payment. The £75 fee is for a single entry visa. Anyone leaving Zambia and then entering the country again (the same day) will be charged an additional US$10 for doing so. So if, for example, you take an optional excursion to Botswana, youll have to pay US$10 as you cross the border. If you leave Zambia for an overnight stay (or longer), youll need to obtain another visa for £75. USa Information in this section applies to holders of a full British Passport only. Holders of any other passport will need to make enquiries with the relevant embassies. Do I need a passport to visit the USa? If you are travelling to the United States of America as part of the Visa Waiver Programme (see below), you must be in possession of a passport that is valid for at least 90 days from the date when the holder enters the United States. Your passport must be one of the following: e-passport From 26 October 2006 you must have an e-passport to travel to the US on the Visa Waiver Programme (VWP) if your passport is issued on or after 26 October 2006. An e-passport contains an integrated computer chip that is capable of storing information from the bio data page. e-passports are easily identified as they all have a symbol on the front cover to indicate that the document contains an integrated chip. Machine readable passports (MrP) If your passport was issued before 26 October 2006, but is still valid, you may continue to use it to travel to the USA. But your passport must be machine readable. An MRP has the holders personal details, e.g. name, date of birth, nationality and their passport number contained in two lines of text at the bottom of the photo page. This text may be read by machine. Do I need a visa to enter the USa? Most visitors to the United States can enter the country as part of the Visa Waiver Programme. Subject to the following conditions, it is NOT necessary to obtain a visa. " You are travelling for business, pleasure or in transit " You are staying in the United States for 90 days or less " You hold a return or onward ticket " You are in possession of an I-94W form, available from airline check-in counters " Children must have their own passport IMPOrtant: Some travellers may not be eligible to enter the United States visa free under the Visa Waiver Programme. These may include travellers names, contact details, payment details and relevant health information. If you provide us with details of your physical or mental health, or inform us of special requirements (e.g. relating to diet, religion or disability) we will ask for your positive consent to our holding, using and passing on such information. These third parties may be outside the EEA where data protection controls may not be as strong as in the UK. We may also need to give your details to the relevant public authorities (e.g. immigration), companies who process data on our behalf, credit checking companies and our professional advisers. We may disclose your details to other companies in our group. If you do not consent to this use of your information we cannot process your booking. You are responsible for ensuring the other members of your party are aware of this policy and consent to you dealing with us on their behalf in making a booking or enquiry. We may also use your personal data for the purposes set out below. We will give you the opportunity either to consent or object to us using the data for these purposes on the information we send to you. We will add the visa charge to your confirmation invoice and send you all of the information and application forms that you will need. You will need to send us your passport as part of the application process. Please note: In certain cases it may be necessary for us to obtain an individual visa rather than a group visa. As part of this application process we will require your passport up to eight weeks before travel. eGyPt We will obtain an Egyptian visa for you using the information we ask you to supply at the time of booking. The cost is £35, which will be added to your confirmation invoice at the time of booking. InDIa We will obtain an Indian visa for you. Ten weeks before you travel we will send you a visa pack. This will explain what is needed for the visa process. You will need to send us your passport as part of the application process. The cost is £47.50, which will be added to your confirmation invoice at the time of booking. JOrDan We will obtain a Jordanian visa for you using information that we will ask you to supply at the time of booking. The cost is £21, which will be added to your confirmation invoice at the time of booking. LIBya We will obtain a Libyan visa for you.
