The Interlagos circuit is in the southern suburbs of the city and was built in the 1930s in a natural amphitheatre. A notoriously bumpy track, but nevertheless a circuit that never fails to result in close, nail-biting race action from start to finish. Brazil and its people are famous for knowing how to enjoy life to the full and are fanatical about their F1 racing. GRANDSTANDS
Grandstand M is opposite the pit lane and you can see from the start lights to the entry of the Senna S the first bend. Grandstand D is at the end of the pit straight with excellent views of the first bend and to the beginning of the Curva do Sol. Grandstand F offers an excellent view of the pit lane exit opposite. You can see the Senna S directly ahead Y and also much of the in-field. Grandstand B is opposite the podium and from here you can see the pits. All the grandstands are covered and have food, drink and wc facilities close by. Seats are not numbered.

A modern suite hotel in a smart residential area close to the centre of the city. All air-conditioned rooms have a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker, telephone, TV, safe and private bathroom with hairdrier. All rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed, for use as a twin room. Accommodation is on bed and breakfast basis.
