The stunning Amalfi Coast offers spectacular views at every turn and is dotted with small towns and villages, all with thousands of years of history behind them. The peninsula is actually part of a mountain chain that drops dramatically to the sea, with the expansive Gulf of Naples on one side and the equally beautiful Gulf of Salerno on the other. Starting our journey in Naples we make our way to Mount Vesuvius and enjoy a walk around the mountain before exploring the streets of the lost city of Pompeii. We also put our culinary skills to the test by learning how to make a traditional Italian pizza! Our walking adventure takes us into the heart of the Amalfi region, enabling us to walk on little-known trails, meet local people and discover hidden corners. Amalfi is the perfect place for you and your family to soak up the spirit of Italy!

Walk from San Lazzaro di Agerola to Amalfi (4 hours). Optional walk to scenic Atrani. Circuit walk from Amalfi to Valle dei Mulini, via optional detour to Pontone (5 hours). Free day. Optional day trips to Isle of Capri, Salerno or Naples. Walk along `Footpath of the Gods' to Montepertuso and Positano (5 hours). Boat back to Amalfi. Tour ends in Amalfi (Sun).

Turkey, perched at the crossroad between East and West, offers a fascinating mix of rich history and diverse landscapes. From Istanbul we travel to the Gallipoli Peninsula to visit the battlefields and war memorials. We then head to Ephesus, a brilliant site packed with ancient temples and sprawling ruins. Marvel at the vast amphitheatre where St Paul once preached and stroll the marble streets where Antony and Cleopatra once dallied! Next we head to the delights of the Turkish coastline to explore the beaches, coves and cliffs. A fabulous cruise through blissful surroundings allows us to relax and unwind onboard, swim in the warm waters and get out on foot to discover coastal villages and archaeological sites. Gorgeous Antalya, a picturesque city perched on a steep cliff, is our final destination and the perfect place to find secret treasures amid narrow winding streets.

(Sun) Arrive in Istanbul and transfer to hotel. Tour of Istanbul, including Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Day 3 Drive to Gallipoli Peninsula. Visit Anzac Cove and memorials before crossing by ferry to Canakkale. Day 4 Travel to Selcuk. Tour ancient site of Ephesus. Day 5 Drive to Dalyan and Iztuzu Beach. Continue to the beautiful Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz. Day 6 Free day on the beach with time to relax or enjoy water sport activities. Day 7 Short walk in Saklikent Gorge. Drive to Kas and board a traditional gulet boat to commence sailing adventure. Day 8-9 Sail on the Mediterranean Sea. Swim, relax, discover historic villages and explore beautiful Kekova Island.
