Mont Blanc Trek 8 Days
A classic walking tour that follows in the path of Savoyard pedlars who crossed the Alps mountain passes to sell ribbons, materials and fabrics to their neighbours in Switzerland and Italy. A shared history and dialect (Franco-Provençal patois) link these mountain people in this corner of Europe. Mont Blanc is the highest mountain in Western Europe (4807m) and is a majestic and sovereign peak that overshadows the delightful mountain town of Chamonix. An exploration of the surrounding valleys introduces us to the intricacies of the region from the Beaufortain foothills, where the Beaufort d´Alpage cheese has always been produced, to Swiss Ferret Valley, with its tiny mountain huts. This is a trek full of surprises, grandiose landscapes and spectacular alpine scenery.
This is a stunning trek around Frances highest peak

Corsican Trails 8 Days
Rugged and spectacular, a walk through Corsica will show you why it is known as Lile de Beaute the Island of Beauty!
Corsica is a mountainous island that has been largely ruled by the French since 1769. Our walking adventure takes us through gorgeous wooded areas on the Lost Woman Trail and to the top of Monte dÓro on the famous Gr20 trail. Here, the views are spectacular and eagles can often be seen soaring over the mountain lakes and rivers. We join another trail known as the Mare-a-Mare-Nord (Sea-to-Sea North), and walk along shepherds paths and past pretty mountain villages, on our way to the township of Poggio di Venaco, where we look out over the Mediterranean and discover unusual stone houses built into the rocks. Our trek ends near the historic citadel town of Corté, where we take our final walk in beautiful Tavignano Gorge a green valley filled with Lariccio pine trees and surrounded by granite cliffs. Here we enjoy the bounty of Corsica, enjoying a picnic and a leisurely swim in a nearby river a splendid way to end our journey.
