Santa Eulalia is a smart, cosmopolitan resort - couples and families with older children love this former market town.There is a clean, sandy beach backed by an attractive promenade. The sand is soft, the sea is crystal clear and the beach shelves gently - it's excellent for swimming and watersports. In the evening, you might head for the street affectionately nicknamed Tapas Street' by the locals here you can enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine at the many good local restaurants, and while away the evening amidst good conversation. The Ramblas is Santa Eulalia's main square, and this is where you'll find the famous hippy market every day except Sunday.
