Chillán is made up of some 10,000 hectares of pisted slopes both above and below the tree line, spread over the slopes of two volcanoes. The resort has consistently good snow as well as volcanic hot springs. Conditions are excellent for both skiers and boarders. For the more experienced, there is plenty of accessible off-piste, and for the less experienced, lessons are included in week-long stays. How comfortable?
Chillán offers an exceptional ski in/ski out five star hotel with its own spa and volcanic hot springs. The hotel also hosts live music every evening. In Maule Valley you stay in a small, character-filled and very comfortable inn near the town of Talca. Colchagua offers a colonial style hotel in the centre of the town of Santa Cruz. In Santiago your hotel is very comfortable and extremely well located. You are independent on this holiday, but you can contact our guide in Santiago if you need to. You will find your hosts generally very friendly and helpful but English is not widely spoken.
