How comfortable? On a standard holiday, you stay in two very comfortable small hotels. One is a converted 17th century ancestral home in the heart of the vineyards near Haro. This family-run hotel has 12 rooms, and in good weather you can breakfast outside in the garden. The second is a newly opened, stylish four room casa rural (more B&B than hotel) on the edge of a village amidst the great walking territory of southern Rioja.
