Beautifully situated in the heart of Greenland's spectacular Disko Bay region, some 200 Km North of the Arctic Circle, lies the Town of the Icebergs Ilulissat. So called as it sits at the mouth of a 40 Km icefjord filled with gigantic icebergs produced by one of the most productive glaciers in the world! With ear-splitting roars these icebergs are constantly calving, making giant waves as they crash into the sea.
For an unforgettable adventure combine the breathtaking scenery of the Disko Bay region with the Wildlife area of Kangerlussuaq - the gateway to Greenland's West coast and home to Arctic wildlife such as the Arctic Fox, Reindeer and Musk Oxen. No other destination is as accessible to Greenland's inland Ice-Cap as Kangerlussuaq.

Meet & Greet' Airport Transfer to your Hotel for Check-In' and welcome meeting. Overnight at Hotel Kangerlussuaq. Optional Excursions available during your stay in Kangerlussuaq: * Sightseeing in Kangerlussuaq * 4x4 Vehicle to the inland Ice Cap * Arctic Nature Tour.
