Sustrans is the UK's leading sustainable transport charity, working on practical projects so people can choose to travel in ways that benefit their health and the environment. The charity is behind many groundbreaking projects including the National Cycle Network. Over 12,000 miles of safe and attractive cycling and walking routes have been completed bringing the Network to within 2 miles of 75% of the population. A Responsible Approach
We recognise our responsibility to the people and places we visit. To us it's more than just preserving the landscape we travel in small groups to minimise any disruption to local communities and ecosystems. We're also keen to use facilities and services owned by local people to help preserve local communities and cultures and contribute to their economies. As part of our commitment to reducing our impact on the planet we are working with Climate Care, to offset the CO2 emissions for all our staff flights, our vehicle use and the energy we use in the Skedaddle office. We have introduced supplements for all our tours, so that you can now opt to offset your carbon emissions on your holidays with us. We encourage all our staff to use public transport or, of course, cycle to work, with a bike provided for all staff.
Special tailor made tours
If you and a group of friends or work colleagues would like to go on a special tailor-made ride, or if you have special requirements, we can design a trip for you. If you are looking to combine cycling with other activities we can accommodate you. We are a flexible bunch and will be happy to design a tour tailor-made for you.

Corporate Skedaddlin'
Let us get you pedallin' in the same direction. More and more companies and groups of like-minded people approach us each year for team building get-togethers. There is something very bonding about getting out into the countryside on a bike and from the feedback we get from our corporate customers, it really seems to work. So whether it's a treat for all their hard work or a team building exercise for a new group of colleagues, we'd be happy to design a trip for your group, whatever your level of cycling experience.
