SAYONARA BUT NOT GOODBYE
Skedaddle Italia's Naomi explains how the Japan trip was developed: "Both myself and Andrew (one of the co-founders of Skedaddle) had at different times travelled extensively in Japan and had seen much of the country by bike - Andrew had even managed to take his to the summit of Mount Fuji following a bet after one too many sakis. Sat by a roaring fire warming our feet during the annual guides weekend, chatting about our time in the Land of the Rising Sun, we decided to hatch a plan to develop a trip that visited our favourite places and that would fully immerse the would-be Skedaddler in to this most unique of destinations.
A few research trips later and we'd come up with a trip that combined my love for the serenity of Japan with Andrew's love for the quirkier side of things out there. It was a kind of Skedaddle Yin Yang approach to trip design! It's a trip that people always come back raving about, with each person loving a different aspect of a trip we've jam packed with extra activities from calligraphy to cooking and onsens to okonomiyaki."
