Set in mature olive groves these villas are about 40m apart ensuring maximum privacy, and enjoy fantastic views out over the Bay of Lourdas with the island of Zakynthos to the right glimmering in the distance.To the front of each villa there is a private pool. Since stumbling upon Spartia a number of years ago, we have been looking for accommodation here that would meet our exacting standards. Imagine our surprise when we found not just one but two superb villas each with their own pool and within easy reach of golden sandy beaches.The pretty village of Spartia is approximately a 15 minute walk away with a selection of tavernas and shops to choose from and a wide sandy beach is within a 5 minute drive.

These two stunning villas have been designed with couples in mind. Both have beamed ceilings, attractive and comfortable furniture, and the all-important air-conditioning.The villas are arranged over one oor with a few steps due to the lie of the hillside. A balcony looks over the private pool which sits in a marble-agged terrace.Yialova, with its beach and tavernas, is a ve-minute drive away, and its a further ve minutes to Pylos around Navarino Bay. With pine ceilings, exposed stone walls and ceramic oor tiles, the interiors are attractive, and the furnishings add to the elegant feel.The island capital Zakynthos Town is just 10km away, and food can be ordered from the owners restaurant here and delivered.The nearest shops and restaurants - as well as sandy beaches - can be found just 4km away in Alikes. French doors lead from the living area of each villa onto a partially shaded terrace for al fresco dining. Each villas swimming pool is a good size, and enjoys a good degree of privacy.
