Casa Panoramica is a lovingly renovated farmhouse situated at the edge of the small hamlet of Lucciana, just 4km from the larger hill town of Casole dElsa. The villa is attractively furnished with a kitchen opening onto a large terrace which leads to the mature gardens with a private swimming pool. This is a wonderfully peaceful location, a perfect place to get away from it all, yet if you want to get out and about, the bustling centres of San Gimignano and Siena are within easy reach. This renovated original stone farmhouse is peacefully located just 15 minutes walk from the village of Villamagna and within 20km of the hilltop towns of Volterra and San Gimignano.The villa and private swimming pool are set in the garden surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The house is built on two levels with the ground oor taken up by a large open-plan lounge/dining room with a characteristic vaulted tiled ceiling, a small kitchen, scullery, small bathroom and a laundry room (access from garden). Upstairs there are three well-furnished bedrooms, two doubles, one twin and a shower room/wc. This idyllically positioned villa boasts fantastic views over the enchanting countryside from the pool and rearside of the villa and although it is in the same grounds as the Villa Frantusina it has its own separate entrance, private pool and garden.
