The Almond Tree Houses are two converted stables, transformed into adjoining houses sharing a pretty pool in a lovely garden.The accommodation is set in a rural hamlet called Vrouchas, with neighbouring villages Loumas and Skinias close by. Guests will be able to make the most of their stay from this base, as its a great retreat for those who want to enjoy lifes simple comforts. The owners have retained the character within each house, furnishing the rooms with traditional style furniture and the wooden beamed ceilings meet thick stone walls, excellent for keeping the temperature cool inside the house.The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals which can be eaten on the terrace enjoying the views. The Metochi Cottage is an old stone cottage, set away from the road, amid beautiful, rolling countryside adorned with olive groves.This quaint cottage, built in 1923, appeals to anyone who prefers to holiday in a simple and rustic setting. It offers comfortable accommodation with pretty features; such as tiny lace curtained windows and a traditional dressing table.The cool interiors owe a lot to the thick walls made from the local stone, whilst the delightful soft furnishings and embroidered tablecloths add a colourful homely glow to the dining area with its wooden ceilings and traditional carved wooden furniture.
