La Rosière
Sitting on a sunny plateau at 1850 metres, the small but bustling village of La Rosière overlooks Bourg St Maurice, with superb views across the with 73 runs, 37 lifts and 150 km of pistes. Almost all the skiing is above 1850m and much of it north-facing.The longest run is some 11km and you can ski over the border into Italy where there are some great restaurants for lunch in La Thuile.

There is a good selection of skiing for everyone: seven black runs, three snowparks, an abundance of red and blue runs as well as several greens in the distance. La Rosière 1850 enjoys an enviable position on the border with Italy giving it the advantage of catching weather systems coming from both For the more adventurous there are many off-piste opportunities and heli-skiing is available from just over the border in Italy. For those looking for something different, or for the non-skier, there are many tracks dedicated to snow rackets, in addition to paths for walkers, allowing exploration of the forests and other areas around the resort. The Ski Beat chalets are in Les Eucherts a growing development of chalets and other accommodation with a new commercial centre for this winter containing a bowling alley, ice skating rink, shops, restaurants and bars.The ESF ski school meeting point and ski kindergarten are within 200m of our chalets. The main village of La Rosière is about 10 minutes along a new forest walk from the Ski Beat chalets and has a number of bars and restaurants to choose from.

directions. Consequently the area has an excellent snow record. Espace San Bernardo is great for all levels of skiers as well as being child friendly.
